July 2016

The original business concept is born.

HigherRing, an ethical BPO provider, was officially founded by Michelle Hirons and Susan Hopkinson as a Public Benefit Corporation.

Sept 2017

We sign our very first client in the travel and tourism industry.

Aug 2018

We proudly join the B Corp movement and become certified.

HigherRing launches back-office operations services.

We become a certified women-owned business.

We launch our Employee Stock Incentive Plan.
