HigherRing has Rebranded

Refreshing itself to showcase its capabilities, meet the needs of its impact clients, and to continue on its mission to put the planet and people first.

[San Francisco, CA] – HigherRing, a leading ethical outsourcing B Corporation dedicated to harnessing business as a force for good, is thrilled to announce its rebranding initiative, marking a significant milestone in the company's journey.

Founded with a vision of revolutionizing the outsourcing industry, HigherRing's inception stemmed from founder Michelle Hirons’ call center operations experience. She witnessed team members being treated as disposable rather than as the vital foundation of a company’s success, so she, along with her business partner Susan Hopkinson, set out to create a more ethical operation. In this new model, team members would be offered livable wages, training, and proper benefits, all while supporting organizations and businesses that are building a better world. 

Throughout the last seven years since its founding, HigherRing has undergone remarkable evolution yet has remained steadfast in its commitment to respond to the dynamic needs of our clients in an ever-changing business landscape. Over the years, HigherRing has honed in on its areas of expertise and streamlined its service offerings. The latest transformation is arguably the most important one yet. What began as a call center support service has evolved into a full-scale outsourcing partner offering omnichannel customer support, executive assistance, marketing and sales support, supply chain support, and bookkeeping. 

With these changes, HigherRing has recognized a need to reintroduce themselves and truly showcase how they can be helpful to their communities. They are thrilled to announce an update for everything from brand design (with support from their B Corp partner Roundpeg) to messaging and positioning (with support from another B Corp partner, Oliver Russell). 

Central to their rebranding efforts is the reaffirmation of their founding principles, which remain integral to their identity. They have always been the obvious, ethical choice for outsourcing, and now they have made that clear in all of their messaging including their  new tagline: “We are the ethical outsourcing partner for socially responsible companies.” HigherRing remains steadfast in its commitment to treating employees with respect, advocating for social and environmental causes, and amplifying the impact of its valued clients.
