HigherRing is excited to announce the promotion of Kayleen Welch to the position of QA Specialist/Team Lead. Kayleen is our most senior HigherRing team member, having been with us since our launch when she helped lay the foundation for our white glove contact center! Her gentle and kind spirit combined with her keen customer service instincts and experience make her the perfect fit for our new “QA Specialist” role, which she adds to her regularly scheduled lead shifts. Kayleen is currently finalizing our assessment and evaluation processes and will be intimately involved in periodic employee (and management) assessments, feedback, and coaching as we move forward.
