HigherRing is thrilled to announce the promotion of Jennifer Williams to Team Manager!
Jennifer’s previous call center management experience combined with her natural leadership tendencies, supportive communication style and ability to see the big picture made her an obvious choice for this leadership position.
As part of HigherRing’s white-glove approach to customer service, the Team Manager is consistently partnering with Team Members to coach and mentor their interactions. This approach requires a special person who can walk the line between supportiveness and accountability, empathy and high expectations and with the ability to have brave and nurturing, win-win conversations. Our goal is to move Team Members along a continuum of ever-increasing skills until they turn into coaches and mentors themselves.
We know Jennifer has the right combination of wonderful personality and strong technical skills to lead up this Team Manager approach and to wonderfully contribute at a leadership level.
