New Client Operations Manager, Megan!

HigherRing is excited to announce the promotion of Megan Dietz to the role of Client Operations Manager. This newly created position is designed to fully support the back office operations of one of our fabulous retail ecommerce clients. We were impressed by Megan’s initiative and attention to detail during her training, her helpful attitude working on the team and her ability to quickly assimilate complex training concepts. Plus customers just like talking to her - even grumpy ones!


This new position will tighten the relationship between our team members on the front lines of the customer experience and the processes that drive customer happiness: on-time, flawless execution of order processing. Congratulations Megan!
