We are excited to have Georgia-based Crystal's warm and graceful leadership and customer service skills in this important position. We truly value her cheerfulness and humor on the front-lines and when coaching employees.
She will be focused on fine tuning, expanding, and maintaining our training resources and information documentation - from new employee onboarding and systems to documentation of client work processes and policies in conjunction with client specialists and team managers.
She has deep experience in the activities space having lead a team servicing bookings and customer service for historic house and museum tours.
Her years of experience will also be useful while performing quality assurance auditing and coaching. We know her supportive mentorship will help agents continue to grow in their roles.
